i was wondering if i could use the same custom armor on a new character with the same exact name.

foe example, beemore bicycle is a lvl 20 that beat nightfall and has lvl 60 armor only for beemore bicycle. if i deleted him, and used the same name, can i use that armor for the new beemore bicycle?

unfortunately even with the same name the character is not the same (kind of like if you have a brother with the name george and your parents have another boy they named george, even though they have the same name they are not the same)

No, you cannot. Even though it says that it's customised to that character, it's actually customised to the character's server number.

Yeah your characters have unique IDs with the server, that is why you can wear your armor after a name change.
